1. Kickoff Group Session & Personalized Intake

Your cohort starts on a fixed date with a powerful group kickoff session. During this guided meeting, your coach walks you through:

  • your goals
  • your motivation
  • your lifestyle
  • your current fitness level
  • your challenges
  • what you want to improve over the next 60 days.


    You also complete a short intake form so we can create a personalized roadmap for your journey, including recommended classes and weekly targets.
    You’re not starting alone. You’re starting supported.

    2. A Personalized Training Plan — In Studio or Online

    Based on your intake, your coach recommends the SheGoals classes that best fit your level and objectives.
    Whether you train in studio or online, every session is purposeful — designed to help you build strength, confidence, and a routine that finally sticks.

    3. Progress Tracking That Motivates

    You’ll complete three key check-ins:

  • Day 1: Baseline
  • Day 30: Mid-program review
  • Day 60: Final evaluation

    4.Optional Day 1 & Day 60 Photos — Your Story, Your Evolution

    You may choose to take photos at the start and end of the program.
    Not for comparison.But to capture your personal evolution: Strength, Posture, Confidence, Glow that comes from showing up for yourself for 60 days.

    In Studio: Group energy, real-time coaching, motivating atmosphere. Location: 519 Boulevard des Laurentides, Laval, Quebec, H7G 2V3.

    Online: Train from home with full flexibility while still following the program’s structure.

    No worries! If you can’t make it to your in-studio session, you can simply switch to an online class or use the on-demand content on our platform. Most sessions are recorded and available as replays, so you never fall behind and can stay consistent at your own pace.

    No. They’re optional and simply help you capture your personal evolution in posture, confidence, and energy.
