Our company was founded by Angie, a mother of four, found herself struggling with her weight, surpassing 250 pounds. As an advocate for women's empowerment and a group fitness instructor, her mission is to guide women in achieving their goals and supporting them in maintaining a healthy lifestyle through fitness programs, nutrition, and workshops. Despite enduring yo-yo diets and three pregnancies, Angie decided to take control, setting aside excuses and moving forward one day at a time. Now having lost over 120 pounds, she is determined to share her passion for wellness, motivated by her desire to be an active mother for her children and to inspire others on their own journey to health and happiness.
