Can you share a bit about your weight loss journey and what inspired you to change?


After my twin pregnancy, I gained a lot of weight, which was a turning point for me. This period made me realize the importance of regaining not only my physical health but also my self-confidence. It was this dual motivation that pushed me to embark on a transformation journey. Following this realization, I lost over 120 pounds.

What were the biggest challenges you faced during your journey and how did you overcome them?


The biggest challenges for me were finding the time and constant motivation to maintain a regular exercise program while juggling my family life and professional responsibilities. I overcame these challenges by planning my workouts in advance and incorporating physical activities into my daily routine. I also found incredible support from my family and my SheGoals community, which strengthened my determination.

How did your personal transformation influence your decision to launch SheGoals?


My personal transformation not only restored my confidence but also showed me how crucial it is to have strong support and a community when embarking on a fitness journey. This motivated me to create SheGoals to offer women a space where they can support each other, stay motivated, and achieve their health and wellness goals.

SheGoals Fitness Studio

What is the mission of the SheGoals fitness studio?


The mission of SheGoals is to inspire and support women in their fitness journeys by providing effective workout programs, a supportive community, and the tools necessary to achieve their personal health goals. We also offer workshops designed to strengthen not only women's bodies but also their minds, helping them become strong both physically and mentally. Our motto is to be strong in body and mind.

How does SheGoals stand out from other fitness studios?


SheGoals stands out for its women-centered approach, offering a welcoming and respectful space where women of different nationalities and all shapes can thrive. Our center is specially designed to meet the needs of women aged 25 to 45, often active professionals looking to take care of themselves and feel good in their skin. We are committed to promoting an environment of respect and non-judgment, where every woman can progress at her own pace. SheGoals offers personalized fitness programs tailored to different fitness levels, as well as a range of workshops aimed at strengthening both the body and mind. Our goal is to support our members in their quest for holistic well-being, beyond just physical performance, by fostering a strong community based on mutual encouragement and continuous support.

What types of fitness programs and services do you offer at SheGoals?


We offer a comprehensive range of fitness programs at SheGoals, specializing in group classes such as Kangoo Jumps, step, pilates, and strength training. We also offer individual sessions with certified coaches, personalized nutritional advice, and community events to strengthen the bonds between our community members. At SheGoals, our priority is to provide dynamic and challenging group classes, suitable for different fitness levels, while fostering an environment of encouragement and mutual support for our members.

How do you adapt your programs to accommodate people of different fitness levels?


We offer exercise options to accommodate different levels, allowing everyone to fully and comfortably participate in the proposed activities. At SheGoals, our commitment is to ensure that each member finds options suited to their specific needs while receiving optimal support to achieve their fitness goals.

SheGoals Clothing Brand

What inspired you to launch the SheGoals clothing brand?


I obtained my DEC in fashion design and have an overflowing passion for everything related to fashion. It was this passion that drove me to create fitness clothing that is both stylish and practical, offering women the confidence and comfort they need to stay active beautifully.

Can you tell us about the design process of your clothing line?


We focus on high-quality materials, flattering cuts, and inspiring designs that highlight the female silhouette while providing optimal support during workouts.

How important is it for you to combine fashion and functionality in your fitness clothing?


For me, it is essential that our fitness clothing does not compromise style for functionality and vice versa. Our products are designed to be both high-performing and aesthetically pleasing so that our clients feel good in their skin during every workout session.

What has been the most rewarding part of seeing people wear your brand?


The most rewarding part is seeing our clients feel confident and inspired when they wear our clothing. This reinforces our mission to encourage women to fully thrive in all aspects of their lives.

Community and Impact

How do you create a sense of community within SheGoals?


We regularly organize social events, wellness workshops, and group coaching sessions to strengthen the bonds between our members. We also encourage mutual help and support through our online platform and social networks.

Can you share a success story of one of your clients that particularly moved you?


We have seen clients overcome personal obstacles and achieve incredible fitness goals. For example, seeing a mother regain her confidence and physical fitness after having twins is always inspiring for us.

How do you stay motivated to help others achieve their fitness goals?


My own transformation experience and the continuous support of our SheGoals community motivate me every day to help other women achieve their fitness goals. The success and well-being of our members are my greatest motivation.

What advice would you give to someone just starting their weight loss or fitness journey?


I would advise starting slowly, setting realistic goals, and gradually incorporating positive changes into their lifestyle. Finding support and a community like SheGoals can also make all the difference.

How do you manage the balance between running a business and maintaining your own health and fitness?


It's a constant challenge, but I make sure to prioritize my own physical and mental health. This includes scheduling time for exercise, meditation, and moments of relaxation to recharge my batteries.

What are your future goals for SheGoals, both for the fitness studio and the clothing brand?


For SheGoals, I want to continue expanding our community and diversifying our program offerings to meet the varied needs of our members. For the clothing brand, we aim to expand our range while maintaining our commitment to quality and style.

Who or what inspires you the most in your work?


I am inspired by strong women who overcome challenges and achieve their goals with determination. Their resilience and willingness to support each other in our community are a constant source of inspiration for me.

I stay up to date by reading specialized publications, following industry experts, and attending conferences and events on fitness and wellness. This allows me to continue offering innovative and effective programs at SheGoals.
